I just read that Elias is in the market for SP with team control of at least two years. Who isn't, but we've got kids of value to deal. Success at that could change the draft strategy, although the trade deadline is too late. He'd have to move earlier. But if we have a full and settled rotation, maybe they could take a flyer on a HS shortstop. One with a generational ceiling.
I also read that Showalter has a woodie for Mancini. That trade could work for everybody, including Trey. Not sure what they have, and they're trying to be competitive(1st place now), so I doubt it's part of the pitching conversation. Not big league ready ones.
