If she serves the last 3 of Biden's 8 years, does she still get 8 of her own?

From Quora:
"The answer to your question depends on how long the term of office was that the VP finishes out.
The Twenty-second Amendment says that no person can be elected President more than twice, and no person who has served more than two years of a presidential term to which someone else was elected
(i.e., the president whom the vice-president succeeds) can be elected more than once."

I remember when Lyndon declined to run for a second full term after succeeding JFK. He had served less than 24 months of Kennedy's term so he was eligible.
I was living in Cambridge MA. Within minutes of his announcement people (including me) poured into the streets, marching up and down Massachusetts Ave., chanting "The War Is Over."
Little did we know.
Only absolutely genuine spontaneous demonstration that I've ever seen.

So if he makes 7 years, she can serve 9. Works.

Quote
Over 70% of respondents to an unscientific, online Drudge Report poll indicated that they believed Vice President Mike Pence won Wednesday’s debate against vice presidential nominee Sen. Kamala Harris.

Seventy-two percent (around 175,519 people) voted that Pence was the victor in the first and only vice presidential debate, while 28% (around 69,000 people) said the same about Harris, according to the online poll data.

On Wednesday evening, Vice President Mike Pence and Senator Kamala Harris faced off in their first and only vice presidential debate of the campaign, and once again, the liberal media told us who won the debate without actually admitting it. For most of us watching, the answer was obvious. Mike Pence dominated in that debate. He was calm and cool. Rock-solid. Kamala Harris’s body language and voice reflected her nervousness—a stark contrast to her previous debate performances during the Democratic primary when she was still in the race. But neither her body language, her failure to answer questions, nor her constant reliance on fake stories as lines of attack were the key tell that she lost.

The liberal media conceded Pence’s victory by describing Pence’s debate performance. And their go-to explanation was to attack the vice president by accusing him of “mansplaining.”

All but two of the 15 participants in GOP pollster Frank Luntz’s vice presidential debate focus group felt Vice President Mike Pence performed better than Sen. Kamala Harris.

crazy
Quoting your sources is like quoting Qanon on politics.
Of course you can find righty sources that give it to Pence. I quoted source that actually described their methodology.
And why some of the reactions sounded interesting.
But the bottom line was that there was zero change in who viewers were going to vote for.
Have a nice election.

IMHO.....Trump lost his debate because he was angry and pence easily beat the heck out of Harris.

Consensus is anyplace without Martin trumps Martin, even with an ignore button.

Harris looked bad, both in the debate and in the Barrett hearings.
