I nodded off while he got shelled. Now I'm awake, and he seems to be back in, getting shelled again. 10-2 bad guys.
Two observations so far. I'm struck by how patient our hitters are these days. If it's not a strike, they take it.
I guess I should have known this one, but I never really thought about it. They said we don't have a scouting director. Elias does all the picking himself on draft day. He must have some kind of director of data or something though.

Lefty flamethrower Soto just killed his three batters. I don't know if we even hit a foul. Why I don't really watch most of the time. Handley and Lester. I don't know who else came up. One of the 51.

DL Hall finally got his spring training inning. Probably reporting to the trainer as we speak. 2 Ks and a can of corn. Fastball sat 93-94 and touched 95 twice. Change-up totally befuddled 'em.
