The place is declining because of crime, gangs, single-parent families, poor schools and deteriorating infrastructure.I don't think transphobia, homophobia and xenophobia are remotely to blame for anything. But that's standard leftist fare.Then she'll blame her under-appreciated police department as being raccciiiissssst the first time they take down a criminal who happens to be black.
