The Nationals agreed to terms with RHP Anibal Sanchez. It's a two-year deal worth $19 million. He'll receive $6 million this year and $7 million in 2020, with $6 million deferred to 2021. There is also a $12 million option for a third year. The contract also includes $4 million in incentives.

This gives the Nationals a rotation of Scherzer, Strasburg, Corbin, Sanchez, and either Ross or Fedde. Not bad.

Sanchez will be 35 in February and he and Suzuki were teammates last year in Atlanta.

Progressives lack compassion and tolerance. Their self-aggrandizement is all that matters.
