Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits

Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits - 08/02/2021 19:15

They'll hear cases on which states had unconstitutional elections.this part will not overturn the obiden communist regime but it will send a message to dumbocrats the election was not legal in those states. This is not even uncovering the massive fraud that was added on top of that.

It's NOT OVER, because when the supreme court rules these elections unconstitutional it's gonna confirm what most Americans already know.... that obiden was not elected over trump, and that obiden is not the real president....

"They know" that zero evidence, just supposition and false evidence has been presented.
So lets get on with the adults taking over.

The supreme court must know that there is evidence or they would not have agreed to hear these cases.....The liberal lapdog communist media is trying to liberals that there was no evidence. when the court rules in the favor of these lawsuits, the liberal media outlets won't even report it....

Re: Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits - 14/02/2021 02:19

No. It is their jurisprudence to take up cases that have impact on thejudicial/Constitutional system.
Even if their "taking up" is to smash them down. Although with the preponderance of Republican justices, they'll probaby do it gently.

There are several election cases, which ones did they dismiss?

Re: Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits - 22/02/2021 16:49

Every one that they have taken up.

There was a one line unsigned decision today that Trump's tax records were fair game for the prosecution in NY.

Another loss for the EX president.

The only thing that I can find is that they declined to hear the Pa lawsuits.... Did they dismiss the Ga, michigan and arizona suits too? I had heard that atleast the Ga one went to conference and wouldn't be announced until Thursday.

Pennsylvania also. Finally saw something from Clarence Thomas that I agree with. He said why did we wait four months and then dismiss?

He has a point.

Re: Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits - 22/02/2021 20:34

All of the states suits were dismissed. This is just insane. They wouldn't take the cases before the inauguration and now they claim that it's too late..... that it's moot.....They are AFRAID of the yick yack patty whack give the dog a bone liberals that want to pack the court....

Just shameful and a terrible disgrace...

Re: Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits - 22/02/2021 22:38

There is indeed something insane here., but it's anybody who thought there was going to be a different result. Three Justices dissented from the decision not to hear the Pennsylvania case. There was apparently no dissent from the decision not tp hear the other cases, so allegations that it was because they were moot are no more than speculation. It's at least equally possible that, like the lower courts, the Supreme Court found utterly no merit to the cases.

I agreed with what I saw reported though.

They stalled this case for no real reason. Since they did so, they could at least have ruled on its non merits.

Again, insane. Those dudes have to die to get replaced. Of course they'd nominate liberal judges if that happened. There's nothing the existing judges can do to influence any of that. Except a weekend at Bernies.

I actually agree with John on this, in that they should've ruled on the cases. They apparently didn't want to take these cases for two reasons. One ofcourse the liberals/communists have threatened to pack the court and expand the number of justices , and as John Roberts yelled in the prior meeting, they are worried that if they ruled against these states that it would cause civil unrest and riots....

After the riot in Januaury, so many of these lowlifes in public office don't want the american people to know the truth.as one congressman told Todd herman, "If the american people found out what really happened in that election, they would be up here with pitch forks.....

Re: Supreme court finally takes on election lawsuits - 23/02/2021 20:03

The reason they didn't take the Pennsylvania case was very simple -- it's up to STATE courts to interpret STATE law. In this case, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court interpreted the Pennsylvania Constitution. The U.S. Supreme Court doesn't get to second guess a state supreme court on that court's interpretation of its own state constitution, any more than a state supreme court can second guess the U.S. Supreme Court on its interpretation of the U.S. Constitution.

Still 51 court cases on election in state courts... One in Michigan was finally decided late last week and just announced.... Michigan SOS violated the laws by using covid federal stimulus money to mail out ballot applications to all residents and dead people... then violated laws by ordering the signatures not verified...... I'm guessing that all 51 others will go the same way. this was a steal where laws were broken left and right to steal the election for these communists....

Here in Ga.... I talked to someone close to Raffy..... He said that he knows for a FACT that Raffy KNOWS that there was over 125,000 illegal votes cast in the senate runoff election. AAAAAbrams group went door to door, ordered ballots and then went back and helped fill them out. That is illegal ballot harvesting. WHY doesn't Raffy come out and say this, WHY didn't he prosecute this? Because he thought it would be tough to prosecute because they would riot and burn the city of Atlanta down and he doesn't want to be responsible for that so he weakly stands down and didn't do his job.....

Just today.... AAAAbrams group has my cell number as someone else's number. they send me texts... today got one and they wanted to send me a link to sign up for an e-mail. They claim that 11 big corporations in Ga are backing republicans and their effort to supress the vote....they are asking people to sign up to send an e-mail to 11 different CEO's telling them that they will boycott their business if they support the republicans....

Oh my, stupidity is not a superpower.

The election is over, and Trump's lawsuits were laughed out of court.

Not so John, none of the lawsuits were really HEARD, they were thrown out mostly because of lack of standing. 51 more lawsuits and... get this John..... Atleast some of them are EXPECTED to go all the way to the supreme court. Might be a while but before the 2022 election I believe that the supreme court will get atleast one of these cases..... and they will rule against the dumbocrats and voter fraud...

In most all of the cases they were never heard..... If they get heard.... whole thing changes what happened.....This is yet another case where the liberal media has just LIED top y'all telling y'all that there was no voter fraud, no laws broken nothing to see here.... same way they claimed Russian collusion until they proved there was none.... same way they claimed that the Hunter and Joe biden criminal investigations were just Russian disinformation....

This week they came out with a report from DNI that claimed that Russia and China had tried to interfer in the election for Trump when in reality 15 of the 17 intel agencies agreed that China and Iran was helping Biden not trump, but they went with the report from TWO of those instead of the 15....

Arizona senate has now called for a hand recount of the 2,1 million ballots... Hopefully they'll do an actual recount instead of what they did here in Ga... But you gentlemen need to get up to date on real news not fake news....like the lie that there was no voter fraud and that obiden won fair and square....
