Now for the Cowser problem. He's hitting .347/.434/.590 in AAA. Walks and strikeouts are close to even. 5-6 in stolen bases. They're gonna start asking for his birth certificate on the other teams. If he takes back off now that he's back, you have to do something. He was the number 5 pick in the draft that year. Why did we draft him, if not for this?

My issue is making the non-employed vets a special class that doesn't have to work 20 hrs. a week for their benefits. Why, pray tell? Why should any able-bodied person not have to work? Working half-time gives them plenty opportunity to look for a job. Why is it so bad to require work?
