database. The databases contains statistics for the entire history
of professional baseball (1876-1999) and allows our online users
to sort, query, limit, and display all player and team final regular
season and playoff statistics in just about any user defined fashion
desired - all while a user is online....

Sabermetrician Bill James introduced the Brock2 career projection
method in his 1985 Baseball Abstract. The Brock2 system takes the
records that a player has produced up to a point in his career,
then projects out the rest of his career. James himself admitted
that the Brock2 is not particularly accurate (sometimes it works;
sometimes it doesn't), but it is fun to see what the system projects
nonetheless.
